Offices & facilities

Each office may be accessed by any of our associates during office hours. Most of our offices have specific business hours. Therefore, please contact the receptionist at the desired location for office hours & access to that branch. All office locations are only to be used to conduct real estate business. Personal use is strictly prohibited. Every associate may use the office/desk space, lounge/reception area, and meeting rooms may be booked for an hourly rate (many starting at $22/hour)

Mailboxes & Telephone Numbers

All associates may have their business mail delivered to our office, at any location. Mail may be picked up during regular office hours. Please contact the individual branches, for mail pick up times. At each branch, there is a front office receptionist to take messages, & direct calls. Please call-in during office hours, to receive your messages from your real estate clients.

Office Meetings (All office meetings will be held every week on Sundays for brunch)

At Jessica Jackson Real Estate, we make every effort to provide a variety of classes from real estate sales, home sale & listing presentations, open house advice columns, giving top notch sales presentations, and even tips on how to grow your Realtor Referral business from 10 real estate agents to 10,000. All meetings will be weekly recurring.

Office Managers (Open your own branch)

All sales associates, job recruiters, and office managers will be presented with the opportunity to open their own branch, as a business extension of Jessica Jackson Real Estate. And even though, holding a Broker’s License is not required, office managers will be responsible for working under an Associate Broker while conducting the administrative and managerial tasks of their real estate business in an orderly and ethical manner. If you’re interested in being a representative of our brand at Jessica Jackson Real Estate, please send inquires to [email protected]. Responsibilities include organizing & presenting New Agent Orientations (responsibility of the Associate Broker at your branch), placing ads, processing listings, contracts and closings, distributing mail and maintaining adequate equipment and supplies to accommodate the agents at your office.

Office Managers (How they help)

The office managers at Jessica Jackson Real Estate are not required to perform beyond the scope of their duties. That includes doing an agent’s secretarial or personal work. Please do not ask them to perform these tasks. Furthermore, please send all inquiries that demand support from your Broker to: [email protected] or call the Associate Broker at your office.

Offices Equipment & Supplies

At each office, there will be copy machines, telephones, faxes, & other equipment for you to use. Please be courteous of other agent’s needs, and when in need of more supplies, please contact your office manager for assistance. If any equipment is broken, please don’t attempt to fix the problem yourself. Always ask for help.

Conference/Meeting Rooms

There are conference & meeting rooms at each branch. These rooms may be reserved for real estate seminars or engaging in business with your prospects. All reservations may be requested in advance by contacting your office manager or the Front Desk Receptionist at your branch.

Helpful Forms

Currently, all real estate forms are published on our company’s website at: www.JessicaJacksonRealty.com/forms and on Georgia MLS under GAMLS Forms GAR Consumer Brochures, HUD Forms, and RE Forms. Additionally sample forms you’ll find here and on our website are Make an Offer forms, Home Sales Contracts, Open house sign in sheets, Realto Referral Program flyers, Listing Input forms, Edit Listing forms, Earnest Money Dispute forms, etc.

Transaction Desk (Online Contract Signing)

All real estate agents gain exclusive free access to thousands of real estate forms and contracts via their Georgia MLS membership. Download, sign, and send Home Sales contracts to collect signatures from all parties via the Transaction Desk dashboard.

Connect MLS

It’s essential that all real estate agents have a reliable Customer Relationship Management database (CRM) to keep their clients updated on new listings, send flyers and pictures of properties that they may be interested in buying, emailing CMA’s, and simply keeping them updated on the Home Buying process. Now as a member of Georgia MLS, you will gain free access to ConnectMLS to help you reach out to your real estate clients and most importantly, stay connected.

Cloud CMA

Log into your Georgia MLS account for free access to their Cloud CMA software, where you can research data like current, sold, expired comps to help keep your property sellers updated on what sales price is best for their listing in today’s market.

Showing Time

Schedule showings and property tours via Showing Time software via your Georgia MLS account. It’s a free service to help you organize your appointments with potential real estate clients and keep them updated on any changes to their scheduled showings.
