+ Do I need to get pre-approved before we start looking at houses?

While you don’t have to, it’s super helpful! It gives you a clear budget
and shows sellers you mean business when you find ‘the one.’ Plus, it
helps avoid that heartbreaking moment of falling in love with a house
that’s not in your price range.


+ How long does this whole process usually take?

Every situation is different! Buying typically takes 30-45 days once
you’re under contract, but house hunting can take anywhere from a
weekend to a few months. For selling, many homes go under contract
within the first few weeks on the market. The key? Let’s chat about
your timeline and make a plan that works for you.


+ What makes you different from other agents?

I’m not going to give you some cheesy sales pitch. What I will say is that I won’t start showing you homes until you’ve find a job working at my office (referring agents).
And just so you know, I’m not only obsessed with helping people find their perfect home, I
actually answer my phone, and I’ll tell you the truth even when it’s not
what you want to hear. Plus, I make a mean property tour playlist.

The old ‘20% down’ rule isn’t always true anymore! There are lots of
options, from as little as 3.5% for FHA loans to 0% down for VA loans.
