*** Important: If you’d like to verify which real estate agent(s) signed up with you, you may visit our Georgia MLS website. According to Georgia Real Estate Law, all Brokers are required to add all new agents who join their brokerage to their Georgia MLS website. This is called my office roster. Therefore, if you’d like to verify which agent signed up to our office roster, you may check our Teams page @ https://jessicajacksonrealty.georgiamls.com/our-team/….. If you don’t see their Agent Profile immediately, please check back daily. We add new agent signups once every day. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email after each agent you sign up, successfully transfers their license to our real estate brokerage.

Once a real estate agent that you referred signs up & their real estate licensed in successfully transferred to my firm. AKA…they can begin to sell properties under Jessica Jackson Real Estate, you will receive direct deposit into the bank account on file. Payroll is on the 15th of every month. Absolutely not. There are $0 fees to signup. All membership fees will be deducted directly from your monthly paycheck. We do this as a courtesy for individuals and self-starters who are eager to earn a new income stream, however, they don’t have any initial funds to invest. However, we won’t withdraw any fees until you have earned from your first 10 agent referrals and every 10 referrals there after. All membership fees will be deducted in the following amount and only after you’ve referred 10 agents and every 10 agents after that.

For example, you refer 10 agents x $10 = $100/mo. We will deduct .10% or the amount of $10. Afterwards, you refer 10 more agents, will will deduct an additional .10%. At that time, you will be earning $200/mo. Therefore, your membership fees will be deducted in the amount of $20. And so on, and so on, and so on. Sound confusing? No worries. This will all be written in your New Employee Contract. ***Important: All membership fee amounts are subject to change at any time within the sole discretion of said Real Estate Broker.

We wanted to make it super simple to start referring real estate agents to join our office. For that very reason, you may work directly from home remotely or work at our Duluth, GA office during our scheduled work hours. After signups, you will receive a direct invite to work with us at our office. You’ll receive the location, dates & times and choose what work hours work best for you. Free coffee & lunch will be provided.

No worries. After I receive your job application, I will email you the direct link to your employee tools. They will be located on our Boss/Girlboss Digital Workspace. Your password to log in will also be sent to you via email.
