Are you looking for the perfect entrepreneurship opportunity? Jessica Jackson Real Estate is looking for highly skilled individuals to join our team and to help us expand our real estate operations. Your job will be to locate & hire qualified real estate agents to fill the job positions at your office location. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring process. However, industry experience in real estate or HR is not required to be considered for hire.

Your job duties include:

– Calling, texting, or emailing real estate agents and asking them to join your office.

– Educating REALTORS about earning a monthly income via our Realtor Referral Program + discussing our commission structure with them to encourage them to join us.

– Directing them to our website to initiate the hiring process.

– Work closely with the real estate agents at your office to ensure that they have access to the Real Estate Corner where they’ll be able to retrieve all the tools & resources that they need to help them grow their business and sell more homes.

– Open an office for 1-day per week or 1-day per month to provide a meeting place for your agents to meet with their clients and grow their own Realtor Referral business. You can open more office hours after you’ve hired more agents & your demand for more office hours grows. *** Free coffee & tea bar will be available at all office locations……. Serving breakfast, brunch (or lunch) is totally optional & not required.

– Provide a friendly & engaging office environment for home buyers and property sellers to come out and work on growing their Realtor Referral business to help them purchase a new home (or to sell their property). *** Note: You’ll have the same office hours that you hold for the agents that you manage.……

– Utilize our database of Discussion Topics, real estate articles, and industry manuals to provide a dynamic & interactive weekly/monthly meeting at your office space.

– Office booking rates starting at only $10/day…Pay only as-you-grow!

Preferred skills & qualifications:

– Excellent management skills

– Proficiency with computers

– Fax, copy, print & scan

– Experience in developing recruitment strategies

– A desire to grow professionally at our office & participate in ongoing job training as needed.

– No experience required
