What’s my job role?
Your job is to open an office for 1-day per week or 1-day per month to provide a fun & engaging workspace where the agents you manage can drop by, grab a cup of coffee, & work on selling homes while they grow their Realtor Referral biz. PRODUCTIVITY TIP #1: Call, text, &/or email real estate agents and schedule them for job interviews at your office space. Host free Group Interviews every Saturday @ 1pm EST (or whatever time works best for you) and your job will be to get them there. All co-working offices come fully equipped with a free coffee & snack bar for your guests…
Tips to get signups:
1. LinkedIn.com – has lots of real estate agent profiles you can view… And even though you only have a limited number of times to reach out to these tech-buddies on the basic LinkedIn free account, most likely you can view their profile on their agent website, grab their contact information, and get them hired to work at our real estate office.
2. Realtor.com, Zillow.com, and Homes.com – are databases full of tens of thousands of real estate agents you can reach out to absolutely free. And while you may need to do a little more work to get their contact info, once you click on their profile you’ll be directed to their agent site where you can reach out to them directly.
3. Georgia MLS – currently has a database of more than 50,000 real estate agents that can be potential signups. Again, because these sales savvy geniuses only earn a commission and not a salary, they’ll love signing up with you.
4. Resume Search Plan – making a small investment in growing your Realtor Referral biz may make alot of sense when you purchase a Resume Search Plan on top job boards like Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, & ZipRecruiter.com. Most of these sites will give you access to approximately 3,000 resume views per month when you purchase one of their Premium plans. However, if you’re not ready to make such a large investment yet, you can invest in a pay-per-resume option on ZipRecruiter or Monster.com. Ultimately, that means that you only pay for the amount of resume views that you’d like to view, because who can really reach out to 3.000 real estate agents per month, right?! Craziness!!!
