JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be responsible for helping real estate agents earn a weekly income in addition to their earnings on commission from home sales.
You’re not just an Agent Referral Program liaison, you’ll be helping real estate professionals (who usually only earn on commissions) earn a weekly income on agent referrals just like you.
You’ll be responsible for helping us build our brokerage with amazing real estate talent.
You’ll refer new agents to our company, those agents join and stay active, and you will continue to earn a weekly income for as long as they remain an agent at our office.
Why this changes everything?
The traditional model where agents basically work –> wait –> sell a home –> and get paid is over. The new model at our office will be to work –> sell a home –> refer agents –> earn a weekly income –> & to generate ongoing income streams. You’ll be responsible for introducing them to this business opportunity & new brokerage payment structure.
