What’s My Job Role?
it’s simple: you’re an independent contractor who makes their own schedule & refers as many or as little real estate agents as you want. You use your own cell phone & email address to reach out to agents and schedule them for job interviews at our Duluth, GA office held every Saturday @ 1pm EST. Work from anywhere in the world or work from our ATL workspace during our scheduled office hours.
To get Started, you must:
–> Be professional at all times
–> Use our logos, brand, & colors (only)
–> Utilize our phone scripts (required)
–> Use our text message/email examples (required)
–> Always use a professional email signature (mandatory)
–> Act like you know what the IT guy means when they talk about the cloud, servers, networks and binary codes (totally optional)
*** Actual earnings will depend on your personal efforts, professional work ethics, and how long it takes for your agent referrals to complete their job application, sign their new hire contract, & successfully transfer their license to Jessica Jackson Real Estate Brokerage, along with other factors.

+ Do I need to get pre-approved before we start looking at houses?
While you don’t have to, it’s super helpful! It gives you a clear budget
and shows sellers you mean business when you find ‘the one.’ Plus, it
helps avoid that heartbreaking moment of falling in love with a house
that’s not in your price range.
+ How long does this whole process usually take?
Every situation is different! Buying typically takes 30-45 days once
you’re under contract, but house hunting can take anywhere from a
weekend to a few months. For selling, many homes go under contract
within the first few weeks on the market. The key? Let’s chat about
your timeline and make a plan that works for you.
+ What makes you different from other agents?
I’m not going to give you some cheesy sales pitch. What I will say is
that I’m obsessed with helping people find their perfect home, I
actually answer my phone, and I’ll tell you the truth even when it’s not
what you want to hear. Plus, I make a mean property tour playlist.
+ How much do I need for a down payment?
The old ‘20% down’ rule isn’t always true anymore! There are lots of
options, from as little as 3.5% for FHA loans to 0% down for VA loans.
