WHY YOU NEED A BIZ COACH

So technically, I’m not a biz coach. I know. I know. I know. Go figure! But what I really am is a busy stay @ home mom with a strategy to succeed. Okay, I have to admit that I had a upper hand in making it happen. I never had to work in corporate & because I was a stay @ home Mommy, I had an overdose of time to grow my own business.

I can honesty tell you & share my sympathy with you, that I totally get that no one really has time to set aside to grow their biz. Not everyone is blessed to be a stay @ home mom or dad and work from their home office. It’s extremely rare that anyone gets to work from their kitchen office and get things done. No many times both parents need to thrust themselves in the workforce in order to maintain their housing bills and lifestyle. And by all means, these are still one of my heroes.

However, I’ll share a tip or strategy or two about what I’ve learned about work ethics and business since I had all day to sit in my jammies and reach success. No I didn’t work harder than most. No I didn’t have money to invest in my own business like other entrepreneurs with access to their parents’ bank account. I had a vision for my real estate business and I set my clock daily to grow it step by step. I even purchased a digital coffee maker that had an alarm that I can set each and every morning to 6am or 7am to wake me up to get to work!!!

It has been those work ethics that have made me successful. So what did I do after my coffee maker went off? Did success just fall into my lap? Not exactly. But what I can tell you is that I dedicated everyday to setting my schedule and following through with it.

So did you contact lots of real estate agents & grow your network, Jessica? No, I just took the time to develop a website & employee profile on LInkedIN that prepared me to welcome those agents onboard to my office culture. I was prepared. So did you work day & night until you were highly stressed out just to get your work done? No, absolutely not. I just wrote a few pages in the Christian book I was currently writing and it gave me the supernatural power and inspiration to just move it.

So are you prepared to go? Are you prepared to move? If you’ve answered, “no” then you may need a biz coach. Someone that is successful at doing what you want to do & has accomplished their goals in that desired area or career field like @ my agent-referral biz.
